Welcome, Fashion Scouts LA friends! This page was created to make the process of communicating your wishes and needs to FSLA both easier and more effective. There are two links below.
- The Request Form allows you to communicate specific items and looks that you would like us to scout for you in the marts each week. Please use it as often as you need. We receive the form by email once you submit it.
- The Purchase Order Form allows you to place the styles you want from your personalized sample gallery easily and quickly, eliminating the need for multiple emails, texts, or phone calls to communicate your order.
