Printed tights, stockings, and leggings have had a resurgence of late, starting last spring and continuing into next. Runways showed the idea in everything from animal stripes to verbiage, and retailers are starting to carry wearable and whimsical looks to go with dresses, skirts, shorts, and torn jeans. Additional potential elements include embroidery and appliqués.
